Putting this on the main board, as some of you knew him. The Rev's brother, Jimmy, passed away yesterday. I got permission from him to post about it on here. Unexpected and a sad deal. Prayers for Jason and his family.

I don't know how close you were to him but my brother died almost three years ago and I still catch myself hearing or reading something and making plans to talk to my brother about it.  So, sorry to hear it.  In my experience losing siblings is tougher than losing parents.

My younger brother started a new job in Nashville and was staying with us in Murfreesboro. He was here for a week and had a heart attack a week before Thanksgiving. I found him in our guest room. Calling my Dad was the second worst part of that day.

Thanks again y'all.  Ain't gonna lie, it ain't been the easiest Christmas ever, but I know he's at peace now. 


Just got back from my fourth trip to the 870 since Friday.  I'm exhausted from all the driving.

Yikes Bogey condolences as well for you and the family.  Can't imagine being your dad.  Losing a child is my only real fear.
