Your Arkansas Razorbacks take on the Howlin and Shit Red Wolves from Arkansas State tomorrow at 6:00PM on the SECN. Don't know much about them except HognRock apparently has a guy pitching for them. Let's make this another seven inning game and get ready for Georgia. As usual, GO HOGS!

We won't see "my guy" as he has been the Sunday starter from the get go and threw 7 innings on Sunday. Best I can tell is they are a middle of the pack Sun Belt team that we should handle. I don't know much about them other than Hibbard.
Assume Fisher or Bybee will get the start since we didn't see either this past weekend.
I believe that Tate McGuire is getting the start
I heard Tate also. He's thrown it well this year.

French lines out to Souza at second. Or as the announcer called him "Sazoo". 2 away.
Jumper lines a double to right.
Tollett grounds out to the pitcher.
A state-0 mid first.
Editors note: You would think the announcers would learn how to pronounce the player's names before going on the air. They have already butchered Souza and Kozeal's names.

Davalan grounds out to second.
Aloy the Elder grounds out to third. 2 away.
Kozeal (or Kozool as the announcers say) goes down swinging.

It sounds like there is only one announcer and he is calling the game from home. (And he apparently got the assignment about 38 minutes ago)
Top of the second.

Campbell bloops a single to left. Runner thrown out trying to take third from first. 1 away. Runner moves to second on the throw.

What are the odds that this player is related to Razorback basketball bench legend, Jon Engskov?

Their catcher was putting the throws to second on the money.
AState looked pretty solid. Not sure why their record isn't better than what it is. Maybe they were juiced for this one and we weren't but they looked better than their record indicates.

I was in Jonesboro this weekend. Drove by the stadium and notice about 12 people sitting in the bleachers and thought WTF? Looked down on the field and noticed a game was going on. Not sure of attendance tonight but even 50% capacity would be an adrenalin rush for them.

And Helfrick was safe. Ump made an anticipation call, and there wasn't a good enough angle to call it conclusively safe, so they had to stay with the call on the field.

I agree. But their catcher was very good at throwing to second.

I was sitting behind home plate...that catcher had elite pop time and very accurate on his throws. That wasn't on us.

He made some really good throws.
