Conversely, Tennessee fans were hardly booking tickets for the CFP when Heupel was hired (record declined every year at UCF), and A&M fans weren't celebrating in the streets about hiring Elko.

Save your breath. Several of us have been over and over it with him even citing stats, offense vs defensive rankings, etc., but he has no response, just keeps repeating that Petrino is warshed up and asking when the next jello cup is coming around.

And in the current college football environment, ADs don't need to be former head coaches or career administrators. They need to come from the ranks of business executives.
