Saturday night in Bud Walton should be fun. Let's run these fuckers out of the gym.
Let's get some payback by at least 9.

24 point win
Their guy that dropped 32 on us is supposed to be out according to a nice little news fella from 40/29 on the TikTok's.

Suspended. Excessive assholery apparently.
Shocking that the guy who's on his fourth college in four years (after three high schools in four years) might not be the best in the locker room.
Band playing some Trombone Shorty. Color me impressed.
They said starting on ESPNews
We indeed just bumped Omegaball off of ESPNews.
We must be kind of a big deal.
0-4 from 3 and 3-3 from 2 at the first time out.
Maybe we need to be shooting in here instead of the practice facility.
This ESPN feed is weird to see the crowd cheering but have all of that noise filtered out.
What a move by Billy
Knox in. Let's see him be rejuvenated with max effort.
Richmond getting to the basket in Acuff-like fashion tonight.
sweet euro step by richmond.
Knox is struggling with being an after thought on this team. He thinks he is offensive player and he just isn't.
Quit with the three, just keep driving on them
Those are some weird looking people in the high dollar loungers.
William Richmond the THIRD
Richmond is one of my favorite players on this team.
Oh Billy, please don't hurt em
Quote from: buff2.0 on Feb 14, 2026, 08:16 PMWilliam Richmond the THIRD
He's wanted that dunk for three games

No shit. A leather faced guy with his paid escort
Great now we're trying to get highlights and just letting back in the game
We've given them 3 straight turnovers on dumb cutesy bullshit.
Seems like we should be up by 15
Richmond always looks like he's going 100mph, yet he still manages to have a soft touch around the basket with those acrobatic finger rolls.
I am shocked that three didn't go in
at some point we have got to make some threes. we have been terrible behind the arc for a few games now.
I expected a bigger margin than this, but once again attributable to our inability to guard the paint. Some unknown big having 18 in a half when their main man is out, is baffling.
Impressive getting a foul in the first second
Oh shit what a sequence
We are an excellent fast break team. We are not lacking in that area.
Brazile had the great defensive play to set it off. I thought Auburn was getting an easy two points.
What a stroke by acuff
And another
And another, can I get an amen?
Wow
Acuff is a dude
Oh my
ACUFF
ACUFF
Acuff - 6 threes
The rest of the team - 0
Kid's good....
Acuff going off
Lord ha' mercy!
Pure shooter.
Dear Auburn,
How do my balls taste?
Yours truly,
Darius Acuff
P. S. Remember Devo's balls?
53-34. Pour it on!
I'm starting to think this Acuff guy might get a shot in the NBA after this season.
Quote from: buff2.0 on Feb 14, 2026, 08:59 PMI'm starting to think this Acuff guy might get a shot in the NBA after this season.
He needs another year. Better come back.
Ewin has 4 points on basket interference plays.
But I'm here for it.
Is this daycare? Is it nap time? Step on their throats and finish these fuckers.
Good t/o by Cal. We get up by 14-16 and start losing focus.

yep. they need an ass chewing.
I gotta wonder what is the psychology of Knox and Wagner. Every time they play we get worse.
We haven't given Acuff a Lambo?
Shit we nearly lost Knox because of a wet floor. Terrible home court advantage.

What a night for Billy
Acuff and Richmond. Because fuck you.
That's a winner!

He keeps this up and I'll be eating crow. He played fantastic tonight.

Boom mothafuckas!
And SEC Network is all about chick ball.
That was a good game and can't say enough about Acuff and Richmond's performance. Wish we could have stomped on their throats a couple of times instead of them cutting it to 8.
Acuff is obviously generational, but Richmond is so fun to watch.
Something feels kind of unsatisfying about that win. Yeah, a win is a win I guess. I wanted the kind of win where the walk ons come in and do their sad sack routine. Instead we had Knox and DJ returning and doing their sad sack routine. Was anyone else surprised not to see Isaiah Sealy? I thought he had earned a minute or two.
Only two players played their best. Obviously Acuff and Billy. Two get an "okay" grade. Brazile and Thomas. The rest get a D or F or MIA. It's really time for all our players to play a good game at once and not just rely on Acuff to do his thing.
I'd much rather see Sealy get Knox's minutes from here on out.
they had won four out of the last five going into the game and we handed them their worst loss in conference play so far. any win against those fucks is a great win regardless of the final score.
I think Brazille played pretty danged well. Eleven points, 7 rebounds, one or two steals, and four blocks. The blocks are the secret. This rotation that largely doesn't feature Knox and Wagner is playing defense much better than earlier in the year. We had ten blocks yesterday, we are really altering shots and protecting the rim. We also had 22 defensive rebounds, so we are doing a pretty good job of limiting them to one shot.
The effort really went up as soon as those two went out of the lineup. I really don't expect Knox to be here next year. Someone will offer him some pretty good money and we won't try too hard to match it.
Just watched Cal's press conference and he mentioned TB first snd really praised him. He said if TB plays like today, we are really really good.

I don't think DJ will return either. He's gonna want to be the first option at PG. That won't happen here. Love to have him back but I can understand why he would leave.

Probably not but we might try a little bit harder to keep him so that we can have another ball handler.

I woke up thinking this too. A couple times we looked like we were going to walk away with the game, only for Auburn to still keep it close enough to think they had a chance with three minutes to go. If we had scored that much in a road or neutral court win I'd be ecstatic, but after that game I'm stuck on "We didn't close it out like we could have." Even though we actually did.

It was a great win but Auburn has lost four straight.

The only thing Brazile did poorly last night was shooting threes. Make his normal percentage of those and he's got another 6-9 points. Was glad to see him keep shooting...when your mechanics are solid and you can't get a shot to fall, the only way out is to shoot your way through it.

Is JSJ a ball dominant player? I kinda thought he and DJ may play well together. Need a shooter around them though.
They list him as a combo guard but he has always handled it when I've watched him play. Agee we need a good shooter. Unless a miracle happens and Thomas returns.

With as strong as this freshman class is, he'd be better off coming back a year. Since we can pay him now, maybe he will. I think he could use a year to get bigger.

I agree. Only downside is it starts his second NBA contract later. He would be leaving money on the table.
I think there's zero chance he returns barring injury. He would be a perfect with the incoming freshmen though.
I love Acuff and he's a generational talent, but Billy is my favorite. You can't teach his tenacity and effort.

That one where he split those guys was beautiful.
The fact that he didn't even get an honorable mention for the SC top 10 is sacrilege of the highest order. And yet, a run of the mill lacrosse score got in that night.
