Honestly, Cramsey should have been left on the Tarmac.

I remember the last real coach we had and the emphasis he put on route running.  Not 7.5 yards, not 8.5 yards, if it called for 8 yards, you ran an 8 yard route and cut it off perfectly.  No lazy drag, you cut it off at fucking 8 yards exactly.  That is what a coach does.  What we have right now, not sure what they are, but they aren't coaches.

Attention to detail is the difference between winning and losing and we have losers collecting a check.

But we have LED lights, a kick ass sound system and the team doesn't have to walk as far anymore for meals.
