It was and you're wrong. He picked up the ball and stepped with his right foot, then stepped with his left foot, then stepped with his right foot and elevated.  Clear travel.

So this may be a stupid question (actually it is) but seeing UK throw that long pass before Oweh was fouled...what happens if the inbounder throws it long and it actually goes in the basket...does it count?

William Mills threw an alley oop pass in the basket once while inbounding from the sideline. It may or may not have been on purpose. It didn't count.

I'm not a ref so I don't know the full answer, but the shot would not count.

My guess is it's a turnover to the other team like it went out of bounds.
