Things are heating up. Ben Griffin rolls in a 56 foot birdie putt, but then Justin Rose rolled in a 44 footer to match him and tie the hole. Then Rahm rolls in another long birdie putt, and Scheffler has a chance to tie the hole with about a 10 foot birdie putt, but he missed it. Scheffler is off.

Yeah, I was re-thinking my premature comment earlier. If you don't send him back out, you have to use one of English, Henley or Morikawa. That's not exactly a king's buffet of choices.

He would generally be the most likely to follow up a bad round with a stellar one, especially in better ball where Young is likely to be steady at worst.
