Good grief. My grandson went 3-3 today with a single and 2 doubles, drove in 4 runs and threw a guy out trying to steal third. 9 years old. We can't even throw a guy out trying to steal third.

True. He's just not a natural outfielder.

However, the throw wasn't nearly as bad as the announcer made it sound. Had Helfrick been in the proper position instead of nearly at the mound, the ball would've hit him where it was supposed to or close to it.
