It's been a long season.  From freezing our nuts off against Washington State in February, through the ups and downs of the SEC grind. We survived Diggs in RF.  We made it through Peppi at 1B and Kuhio on the bench (for a game).  We persevered while Gage Wood and Parker Coil were injured midseason.  We survived Gaeckle as a starter. And here we are, in the mother church of college baseball, ready to take the final few steps towards Dave's first CWS title.  Kyle Peterson is there.  Chris Burke is there.  John Calipari is there.  Rick B is there.  Tony Vitello, Andrew Fischer, and Liam O'Doyle are definitely not fucking there.  But the Hogs are there, and it's time to bend that Tiger over like the prison bitches most of their fans aspire to be.  First pitch at or just past 6PM GCT.  Let's. Fucking. Go.
