Saw an article in my news feed on the top 25 HS teams for this year and Ducanville TX was #2. They listed a few of their players and 1 name stood out, the QB Maximus The Great Denson. WTF? I read that and thought that had to be a misprint or something, so I looked up the Ducanville roster. Nope, that's his name. Who names a kid Maximus The Great?

There is a QB for Collierville, TN. this year that is 6'3" tall and about 205. He wants to play for the Hogs. He is a junior this year and I am going to check him out. Supposed to be pretty good. I talked to him and he seems like a good kid.

64 played with us in travel ball. Good kid and another beast just needs some more height.

The junior kicker missed the first PAT.  The freshman came in and went 2/2.  No field goals attempted by either team.  Kickoffs were serviceable if not spectacular.  It seemed like we were kicking into the wind the whole time.
