May be a stupib question, but how many buyouts are we paying right now? Are we still paying Chad? Seems like that total keeps rising.

If Lashlee is on Dork at Mizzou's level in terms of being a Gus clone then I'm not a huge fan but we'll at least give him a 2 year pass. Personally I bet he passes on the job...he's got it pretty good at SMU in a soft ACC where the path to a playoff is much easier. The only way you would take the Arkansas gig is you want to retire at 55 48 and have plenty of buyout money to live off of the rest of your days.

Comparing Lashlee to Morris is just straight up retarded.  Not Forrest Gump "a little slow" either.   

The only thing they really have in common is that they have both coached SMU, with the exception that only one of them actually won there.  And he did so in a much tougher league where he probably had the 10th best roster. 

Alex Golesh at USF is my top pick, but Lashlee wouldn't be terrible.  Especially if he could motivate the Six Flags over Jesus crowd to unass some significant NIL funds. 

Golesh would be a good one, but I'm willing to bet HY has never heard of him.
