1,000 yards of offense in the last 2 games and we want our OC fired? We lost those 2 because our defense looks like they don't care, loaf to the ball, DB's penalty machines, no fight...just nothing. They defense is abysmal.

DC's know to contain Green and make him pass. He's just not good. Petrinos offense requires someone who can at least read a defense and some sense of kinematics(take that FNG). I think we've got decent weapons on offense, but can't get them the ball. Jackson showed he at least knows we have TEs on the team. Rohan Jones has like 5 touches and 3 touchdowns, might be nice to get him the ball more.

The game turned on the bullshit PI call right before the half. The announcers knew it bullshit, the rules guy knew it was bullshit, EVERYONE BUT THE REF who was looking at it knew it was bullshit. On the next possession we went 3 and out in about 30 seconds, punted. Then they score at the start of the 2nd half. They adjusted at half, we went into the toilet until the last drive, then Arkansas'd  it and fumbled.

It was a horrid 2nd half, but very predictable. We've all seen it before.

Just drop back and keep him in front of you. He's not going to beat you consistently by throwing.

They may try for Lashlee but they will never get him.  He's sweet up great at SMU.  Why would he leave there for UA?

He's told everyone who would listen that he wanted the job.  Or at least his "financial advisor" (he doesn't technically have an agent) has. 

His set up is nowhere near as sweet as people assume it would be.

I, for one, would rather wait a couple of weeks to fire Sam. There's no way we win more than one or two more this year. Might as well short change him since he's short changed us.

I think the defense has quit (with the exception of Lee and Neal). Sorey and Dix were abysmal--I saw both of them actually slow up several times when meeting ball carriers on the edges and most of their (attempted) tackles looked like a jilted girlfriend trying to stop her man from walking out the door. Charlie Collins appears to be as inept as his receiver cousin. There was absolutely no "flying around" and Memphis ball carriers must have had at least 50 yards after contact this afternoon.

Memphis did get 7 points courtesy of the worst PI call in the history of college football but the fact that it made a difference in the game is on us.

I've watched my last Hog football game as long as Sam is HC. I am literally too old for this shit.
