You aren't just college kids anymore. You are making good money and some more than the coaches. You are going to earn it.

This is your job and you will be expected to earn your money.

Some of you may not like it but you will have bosses in life you don't like but they earned the right to be boss like I have to coach. If you want to talk about my history here today my door is open. After today it will never be discussed again.

I'm a winner and I expect to win and go to a bowl. I want this job and if you aren't ready to work you will be replaced.

This isn't the first time we've had "coaching issues in the locker room"....it's almost like the head coach didn't command anyone's respect. Also wasn't the S&C coach's wife really vocal shortly after dude getting the job here...like there was bad blood almost immediately. The last S&C guy was the "issue" from what I could figure out...I'm betting the real issue is nobody up there wants to "work".
