Brandon Allen cut by giants.  He usually hooks up as a 3rd stringer but it might be the end of the line.  He made a lot of money and got a pension. 

The Browns exposed Green too much in preseason and likely scared they'll lose him to waivers to practice squad. He might not be an nfl qb but he can run like the wind.  You want to get him on the field somehow.
