I think the guys we have know that they are only going to be here for a year and are going to get paid regardless. So, they don't really have to exert themselves. Just enough to get paid elsewhere next year.

Like I said, they know they will only be here for this year, and only have to half ass it to get paid again at another school next year. They get paid, regardless.

Last year was an awful year to be looking. The year before would've been much better.

That said, I still didn't think we are gonna attract a solid coach until we're more competitive in NIL. We're gonna keep trying to catch lightning in a bottle.

We need competitive NIL to attract a coach.   People with means and a bit of brain power don't want to light their money on fire by entrusting it to the morons running the show.   

The time to fire Pittman was after 2023, when we still had a mid pack player payroll and we weren't competing with half the country in hiring.
