I didn't know who the main guy was, but he just kept saying something like Coach Jones was mad because the officials didn't blow the whistle quick enough on that last play.  His partner said the ball was fumbled and a teammate picked it up, but Barrie just completely ignored that and kept complaining.  If he would have thought for a half second, he would have realized that Jones didn't want the whistle blown early because that would mean the game was over and he would lose.  He needed that play to go on as long as possible. 

As we used to say at many schools, there were dozens of fans there last night. 

I've never understood how schools can't get students to show up on Thursday night.  They should get really good crowds for those weekday games.  Are there that many other things going on in Jonesboro on a Thursday night that the students would rather do?

Weirdest punt I have ever seen. A really short NC State punt, like 25 yards, is so short it hits a Florida St player right in the helmet. Not his fault, normally the punt would be 20 more yards down the field.

Bounces all the way back to the line of scrimmage and the punter recovers his own punt. NC State keeps the ball, first down.
