Didn't the bullshit rumors run the gamut from gambling to drugs to women to illegitimate children? I remember dumbasses saying anonymously that "he has serious skeletons, he'll never get hired at a P5 program."

When that went down, it reinforced my belief that we were an unserious program, completely and totally.

He proceeded to continue kicking ass at Memphis the next 2 years as we decided we hadn't yet hit rock bottom and dug a few feet deeper, and then he appropriately told us to go fuck ourselves when suddenly we weren't too good for him.

The way this program has a history of passing over and pissing off coaching candidates, I'm surprised he didn't land at a place like Auburn or Ole Miss and proceed to kicking our asses for a decade. I'm sure he'll face us at some point and give us an ass kicking for all time.
