dude's a headcase. 4 high schools. committed to georgia, decommitted, visited a&m and told the beat writers he was a silent commit, then ended back up at georgia, transfers to usc and then threatens to transfer this spring unless he got a bump in nil. got beat out by another transfer from wyoming and now he's leaving.

Well, the storm is projected to go through West Georgia on Friday and the game is Saturday night in Tuscaloosa.

The storm is really destroying the NL Wild Card race. 

Braves/Metrosexuals games yesterday and today are postponed.  If necessary, they'll be played as a double header Monday, with the WC series beginning Tuesday in San Diego and Milwaukee.  One or potentially both teams could be playing two on Monday, then flying either halfway or all the way across country to play the next day.

It's just been poorly handled all around. 

One of the three Mets games this series was rescheduled from a rainout in April.  There have been multiple mutual off days for the two teams, but the Mets refused to play on any of them.

Monday was one of those mutual off days.  They could have played one that day, but again Mets declined.

Also could have played two Tuesday night, but Braves didn't want to do it.

Honestly my biggest concern at this point is that Sale ends up getting more than four Ks Friday night, and that the Tigers go ahead and clinch so that they will hold Skubal to start game one of their series.  Skubal has a three strikeout lead over Sale right now.  If the latter ends up on top, I collect $1,010.00 off a $10 future bet.  With Skubal pitching Tuesday he would be on regular rest to pitch game 162 if needed on Sunday.

Yesterday I heard this Cromartie guy interviewed on the radio.  That's exactly what he said.  Coach promised the kid $100k while he was still at Holy Cross.  He couldn't sign a contract till he actually got to UNLV.  When he got there and enrolled, he started asking about the arrangements for the money.  That's when he found out it wasn't there.  According to Cromartie, they tried to negotiate a lower amount, but $3k was the most UNLV would come up with.  Have to admit I started out on the school's side.  Not so much now.  As far as I know, no one at UNLV has denied that the assistant coach told him $100k.
