you can throw a pass behind your back, over your shoulder, as long as it goes toward the los, it's a forward pass. the refs ruled he didn't have possession when he tried it. not sure about that.

stats i see on the rant. they have been outscored 6 of the last 8 quarters. opponents are 12-16 in the last 4th down situations.

Bama rushes 3 on 3rd and 15, gives up pass for first down.  And on the next 3rd down they get burned by a Vandy shovel pass.  This drive to open the second half has taken more than half the third quarter.

Not weird at all that the Sanders running game has been a weak point in their offense today.

Edit: Sanders was a man on that play.  Got stopped at the 2 and drove a 240 pound defender into the end zone for 6.  6:20 to go in the third, and they got the ball to start the quarter.
