I said this earlier in the thread, but I feel like there's an unwritten rule that targeting just doesn't exist anymore (unless called on Arkansas, apparently).

I feel like I've seen 10 games this season where it's been called, and during the review the ESPN officiating expert chimes in that's textbook targeting only to see it be ruled as not targeting. 

Typical NCAA over-rotating on policy because coaches bitched about something.

I saw in one of the earlier games (can't remember which one) a running back lowered his head and ran head on into a defender's helmet knocking him backwards. No call and I am not sure if that is even considered targeting.
