so looking at next year, i think north alabama will be the home opener, at utah will be the p4 opponent, and they probably want the memphis return game. that means tulsa gets kicked down the road.

this has to be the end of games at wms, right? every other year only 4 sec home games with the possibility of the p4 game on the road also. i would guess there's no way they split the remaining home games with little rock.

Does anyone in LR or southern AR even care about having games there anymore? I grew up there, but my family is more like to travel to Fayetteville than attend a wms game.

I don't particularly enjoy going to games in Fayetteville.  The stadium is cramped and the seating is steep.  Fayetteville is a shit show to navigate on game days.  

If I still lived in central Arkansas I would much rather see a game at War Memorial.  I agree that the stadium needs to be updated.  

With that written, 100% of the games need to be in Fayetteville.  

Send it up there.  I don't even care.

I don't disagree with that. I enjoyed the LR games, myself. And the seating and steepness in the ville have been issues with me in the past. Maybe the competition plays into some of people not wanting to go there, but just doesn't seem like the novelty it once was. Maybe because I'm older now and easier to get to the ville nowadays, but we need to end it save for the nostalgic a state or whatever Arkansas team once in a while. I think the a state game will show out.

While I don't think anyone has officially said as much in public, I think the understanding was that we would agree to play ASU in War Memorial in exchange for ending the contract for playing there afterwards.

I thought it should have been in Fayetteville anyway.  If I was UCA, I would go back to ASU and ask when they are going to play in Little Rock.  The rumor was UCA wanted to play at War Memorial every year and ASU told them they would play but wouldn't consider playing anywhere but Jonesboro.
