They get no credit for that when there are at least 12 teams they did rank who had equivalently shitty seasons.

Take for instance Auburn at number 11.  Not even the most homerish Auburn fan believed they had even a top 25 team coming back last year, with no quarterback, OL, or defense and a shitty head coach.

That's a tough tough 4-week stretch away from home starting 9/23.  Could easily be an 0-4 stretch.  2-2 would be a good achievement.  Don't even think about 4-0.


Other than that possible 0-4 the schedule looks very manageable.

Having to play LSU that early in conference is criminal. We've never had to play them in September since we joined the league. It's always been in November.

We can win the A&M and Ole Miss games. Won't be easy but they're winnable. Bama, until we finally do it, there's no way I can find it feasible.
