Hire a great coach and we will start winning. Look at all of our great coaches in the three major sports. Petrino, DVH, Nolan, Muss. All of these guy have an attention to detail, know the style of play they want to run and implement it. They make the practices harder than the games. They have the players either afraid to piss them off or their players are afraid to let them down.

Muss was sitting front row mid court during the Red/White game last week losing his shit on his assistants and players when things didn't go perfectly. This is during a meaningless scrimmage. That's how and when you get better.

Pittman has us doing shit like getting flagged for an illegal sub on fourth and short after a timeout during a fucking punt. That's junior high shit. Everyone stands on a dot on the sideline and you have someone count the players. That penalty should NEVER happen.

Our admin doesn't care if we suck as long as people are buying tickets. Someone posted an article about our renovations of Bud Walton and the article said straight up "we're trying to create an in game atmosphere to where people will show up to games even if the team is losing" FUCK THAT. I go to sporting events to watch sports. The rest of the bullshit (listening to John Williams dumb ass yell during timeouts, being forced to call the Hogs 30 times a game, music being blasted in my ear for 4 hours by DJ Derek) just pisses me off. But people will just keep showing up no matter what so shit will never change.

Delay of game on down and goal at the 1 because he assumed we scored. Delay of game after a timeout. 12 men on a punt on 4th and 2 after a timeout.

That's the epitome of terrible, dumb, lazy coaching. I coach my kid's 6th grade team and the first thing we teach our safeties in a similar situation is to count 'em up. And we're like 4 dads, whereas Pittman has a veritable army of assistants and analysts on the sideline. What are they all doing?

Sexton was always going to make sure Ole Miss got to make the final offer for Kiffin, along with poisoning his mind about Arkansas and how terrible of a job it is.  Maybe Hunter should have stayed in the game to force OM to pay more on the front end, but we weren't getting Kiffin once Sexton got Ole Miss involved.  Hell, OM wasn't even going to fire Matt Luke until Sexton pushed them on the idea of hiring Lane.
