If there's ever a must win for Pittman, it's gotta be this one.

Yeah. First home game since the BYU loss, and first SEC home game of the year, against an opponent that everyone knows we should beat, especially this year. If we come out and lay an egg, there's no coming back from that. If we can't win the most winnable SEC home game on the schedule, why would anyone ever buy tickets? Pittman being fired would be a financial decision for the AD more than anything else.

Clearly some of y'all haven't seen a Mississippi State game.  They have looked every bit as bad as we have, if not worse.  Like us they're trying to run a pro-set offense with spread personnel. 

We will either win easily and cover the -9, or lose outright, since we can't win a one score game.

I don't know what kind of pull HY has with the SEC, but playing your 1st home SEC game in late October is fucking criminal. We are getting screwed with the schedule and he needs to raise some hell about that.

Absolutely would be. And we might. When thinking back over the past 30 years, there have been down years where we were just outmanned and outclassed at every position (some Alabama, Tennessee and Florida losses come to mind).  That's not why we are losing this year.

I think Mizzou is actually good this year. Like 8-4, 9-3 good. They have a really good offense. Plus, their schedule is softer than baby shit, and emblematic of why the SEC needs to do away with divisions altogether and have rotational schedules. 

Just like us, the next 4 will tell the tale of their season, and like us, 3 of those 4 are at home. They have South Carolina, @Georgia, Tennessee, Florida. I could see them beating SC and Florida. Win those 2 and 9-3 is on the table for them, which is sickening.
