Call me crazy but maybe, just maybe, we shouldn't have given a huge contract with a one sided buyout to a football coach who admittedly can't navigate head coaching matters and decisions without heavy input and assistance from a coordinator with prior head coaching experience.

For Yurachek to admit that publicly is 1) confirmation of what we all suspected anyway and 2) a terrible look for Yurachek.

I don't have a huge problem with it. I think you guys take this shit too personal. If I'm a head coach getting paid millions and you tell me I can hire other coaches that also make million(s) to do most of the heavy lifting I'm all in on that shit. People can chirp all they want while I float in the lake with a cold beer.

It's just really refreshing watching a press conference with a coach that gives intelligent responses. He may give a platitude here and there but for the most part it's fairly solid. When asked about the defense he's pretty much...not my job don't give a fuck.

What's more, is that a good boss knows his own short comings and surrounds himself with, and listens to, people that are strong in those areas.  That is a good thing, in both business and sports.  I don't see that as insult to be levied.
