What the fuck is he talking about? I mean that literally. Especially as to the last two. "Country cover three," I think he's just making stuff up now.

Maybe if Sam would actually recruit more in-state kids people might be more inclined to give to the NIL fund which goes to out of state kids that will portal out to sun belt schools after their freshmen year.

no offense to the archer kid, but the #151 lb is more like a preferred walk-on. i think people will contribute to nil if the team is good regardless of where the players come from.

petrino offered, and got, the kid from south carolina as the qb for that class. doubt they will take two unless all the guys already on the roster bail.

Greenwood has pretty strong Arkansas connections.  But I have been wondering why they took another qb.  Maybe they know they aren't going to get Archer.

Aren't scholarship limits being increased from 85 to 105 next year? That will make it easy to take 2 (or however many extra) at any position.

Well it is hard to sign in-state kids when you don't recruit them.

If his high school recruiting is going to suck, which it does, I would rather he miss on in state kids.

archer (the qb) was offered in january 2022. he attended camp back in may. since 2026 recruits can't officially take visits, i don't know how much more he can be recruited.

since he hasn't committed to any school, maybe he wants to take his visits and see how things shake out in the portal before doing so?

I have seen that.  But the kid has offers from lots of big schools.  Can't believe those others have mis-evaluated him so badly.
