I suspect this year's team will be a lot like the 2014 team coming off the long SEC losing streak.  The difference last Saturday was that Oklahoma State is used to winning, and we're accustomed to losing.  If they can get over the hump against a decent team they are capable of going on a run. 

Agreed, and I almost mentioned that 2014 team in my post, too.

That was the quintessential "better than their record" team that was talented but had a tough time overcoming the losing funk and getting over the hump.

We are a solid team this year.  We will beat Auburn, A&M, State, Missouri, LSU, LA Tech and UAB. 

Don't be surprised when we take two of three against Texas, Ole Miss and Tennessee.

That wasn't a close game.  We had to do everything we could to make it a close game.

This is Sam's best team.  And it's the most talented and experienced team we've had since 2015 when Bert went 8-5.  Brandon Allen, Hunter Henry and AC.  Now it's Green, Hasz and Jaquindon. 

That team of Bert's should have won 10 games.  This one should too.

I'd say 8 wins like that year too since we bungled up OK St.

Auburn may be a win, but going there always has shenanigans. Miss St seems like a win. That's three plus two more cupcakes gets us to five wins.

Texas A&M = toss up (should be "lean win" but we're cursed)
Tennessee = Loss
Ole Miss = lean loss
Texas = Loss
LSU = toss up
