Jackson had a better arm than all 3 last spring. He may not have Taylen's wheels, but from what we've seen it is unpossible that he doesn't have more thinks than Taylen.

I am not at all surprised to see him go, and wish him well.  He will probably make someone a good qb.  I suspect they told him today that TG was still going to be No. 1 next year. 

My only concern about Singleton is that he seemed awfully small on the field.  I realize he's supposed to be something like 6'1" but he sure didn't look it.

He may not be as fast as Green but he looked quicker. Has a good arm and a quick release.

To be fair, pre-portal season, 4-8 is a completely realistic scenario for 2025 whether it's Sam, Saban, Mr. Belding, or me.

Bobby's 2008 team was a shit post-Nutt roster and a bunch of freshmen and a brutal schedule but we could all see what was coming. It did take time. But that's the only coach we've had that I've ever felt that way. Post-2008 Bobby, the only game we went into thinking Wyatt Earp "I can't beat him, can I?" was 2011 @ Alabama.

To be fair, fans don't give two shits how hard our schedule is...people want us winning north of 6 games and it's a reasonably low bar that we continue to struggle to lug over.
