Haven't seen it announced yet.  There's speculation that it will be another bullpen game with Holmes as the 2nd man/ bulk guy.   They could use either Kerr again or Suter.

Does MLB have some kind of conspiracy not to have people watch the playoffs?  Of all the games between Dodgers-Brewers and Guardians-Rays, the only one I see on a "regular" network is the National League game right now on Fox.  The rest are on TBS / FS1 / HBO Max / Fox One (online I think)?  Those are worse than The Ocho.
