Same ones that are perfectly fine with a coach going from 7-6 to 4-8 with no end in sight. As I said on the old board, Pittman was finished when he lost to Liberty. Now we just get to watch as the entire thing burns to the ground.

Pittman just kind of stirred the ashes around and a flicker of fire sprang out... now it's just going cold. And I guess HY is content to just kick dirt on it and let it go out.

I've heard from a pretty reliable source that knows two large donors who both told HY at the time that he gave Pittman the buyout that he was jumping the gun and that if he needed to fire Pittman in a couple of years don't come asking them to write a big check. I kind of hate to share that because I'm a fan of HY and think he's done a very good job overall as athletic director. With A&M and Miss.St. both looking for coaches maybe this isn't the best time for the Hogs to be looking for a new coach anyway.

Like the actual stock market, trying to time the coaching market is next to impossible.

All of that makes sense. I also agree that Yurachek has done a great job overall. But this is a really big mistake at a really bad time. One that loses a lot of the goodwill that he has with the fans, and assuming your story is correct, the boosters also.

I guess the mitigation language wasn't enough to get Sam to retire.  So we're stuck with this stupid buyout.  Sam could be here for years if the boosters are saying told you so.  I hate malzahn but he'd be better than this mess and the hell that is coming.

No one will come here to be an assistant for a one year deal.  With the money they make wives don't tolerate that moving all the time anymore.  Were stuck with what we got.

The decommits and transfers out coming fast.  Look for lots of walkons. 

2 win team next year.  This was a down year for the sec; it won't be next year.  Pathetic.  Sam will leave the program even worse than he found it.  A shitstain.  All the money, the facilities, the base all wasted with an inept coach.  Rich inept coach.
