What would you rather have against the Chiefs, 3rd and 15 or accept a penalty for 2nd and 20?

Probably having every close call in critical situations go their way might put a dent in their record.  That play last night, right or wrong, the line judge was clearly calling false start, running onto the field and blowing the play dead.  It was a dead ball foul and then it magically 'Changed' after the Chiefs recovered.
