Saw a tweet last night where the SEC is 50-4 so far in December.

Also, 30-4 against the ACC on the year.

I know this number will go down, but Joe Lunardi's Bracketology currently has 13 SEC teams in the field, with two others (LSU and Vanderbilt) as part of the next 8 teams out. Only South Carolina is not listed as they have the "worst" record of SEC teams at 8-3, but just beat a ranked Clemson team last night.

A little trivia:

The game in the Omni that night prior to the ND/BYU game when this happened was the Vols vs Ralph Sampson and Virginia.  My brother and I were there and stayed to watch the second game.  We had seats like po boys do up in the nosebleed section . 
Towards the end of the second game we moved downstairs about 20 rows from the court and saw Ainge make that drive to win it.  We loved it cause we couldn't stand Tripucka and those teeth.
