The obstruction was on the runner going home after the 3rd baseman missed the ball. To me the runner was trying to get her balance and was not impeded.
NCAA has a different obstruction rule than high school.
If you have to slo mo it to see it then that is tough das an umpire has to make it in real time.
I texted a couple college umps I know and they said it was correct but I still don't see it.
