When they had the seat reassignment thing Long initiated when I had my appointment time Jessica was the one that took my call.  I got East outdoor club seats and wanted to know if I could see the screen.  She ran up and looked for me real quick and was as kind and warm as could be and left me with a very positive impression of the whole process.

I remembered her name for that reason.  Was shocked when all this went down.
