Last semi official news was that he's out until at least the SECT which is to say he's out for the season.

One of the pay boards is saying torn meniscus, which would probably mean done for the year.  Not as bad as a ligament tear but enough to keep him out more than 2-3 weeks.

Jerry Palm has us as an 11-seed, and not one of the play-in games.  I would take an 11 seed over a 10.

Yep. I'll definitely be there. We looked lethargic last Saturday. Hopefully that's a one time deal. Fans will be ready.

All of our 11 a.m. games this year in conference were on road (Tenner, A&M, S. Carolina) and we basically looked bad in all of them, we at least competed in the Ags game.

The Saturday games at home were at 3 PM (Florida) or at night (Oklahoma, Alabama, Mizzou).

Cal hates it too. Said we're getting home at 3 am (maybe) and turning around and doing a 11 AM game a couple days later. Makes no sense. Says he thinks we're the only team in the SEC that's been fucked like this on the schedule (probably true we are Arkansas afterall)

Well we're still getting home about 21 hours before a Wednesday game. So I thought his comment was a stretch.

Sure. I did a bit too but I think you have to put yourself in their shoes. Late in the season, things haven't gone very smoothly. Been fighting battles all season and you've been put into loser bracket on scheduling. I'm not sure how much of the schedule is predetermined or what but I just can't imagine Kentucky under Cal had to play very many 11 am games. I can't recall that happening to Arkansas all that much either. At least these early starts will get us ready in case we have to play early game in the tournament.

In the long run whining about an early start and getting your butt pumped by the worst team in the league just screams that he didn't have his team ready to play. He did last night. Overall what we're seeing with Cal teams of the last several years is they can get really turded up at the worst possible times. We mostly beat Vandy I'm guessing because we were "ON"...they weren't and we just matched up really well against them. As he said we were able to go smaller against them than we've been able to do against other SEC teams. Also a weird comment when you only have 7 guys.
