As soon as I was posting that, I thought about adding something to the effect of,  "and yes, I realize this post just adds to the long line of 'nothing to see here' posts". But then I thought that, given the fact that I was on my 3rd edit to correct fat thumbing the buttons on my phone, I better not risk a 4th, which would assuredly melt the woopig servers.


And yes, I realizes this is yet another "nothing to see here" post.

was projected in the 40s. supposedly the league wants to see him stay healthy for a season.

looks like hawkins is pretty much a lock to stay in the draft and toppin has eliminated arkansas. he's not going to be promised a starting job, but if cal thinks he's healthy and has his mind right, who knows.

I'll preface this with freely admitting I know next to nothing about much of anything, and I'm sure we would be all over ourselves if we got him, but do we really need another combo guard? If we were to have our druthers, I think we would be better off landing a physical stretch 5 to help our front court depth. Not optimistic about our ceiling if Aidoo is our most physical big. I know we have the 7 footer and Theiro (Bob is gonna have fun keeping Adou and Aidoo straight next year), but the Croatian seems to be more of a finesse/euro type, and Therio is more of a glue guy (the type to get you a few contested rebounds and provide good D, but probably won't take over the paint).

Are there even any high quality 5's left in the portal?

Wouldn't mind having a Justin Smith type that can play physical at the 4. That allows Adou to play some at the 3.

Of course you have Brazile still out there. I'm probably in the minority on bringing him back. Coleman Hawkins is a possibility if he opts out of the draft.
