Anyway when it comes to HY I've come to realize that if his mouth is moving it's because he's hoping you'll pay him to shut up, but he won't come out and ask you to pay him to shut up he'll hire subcontractors to be gentle in telling you it's time ot pony up or you'll lose your seat(s). Any time this program ever does anything good he's down there front and center and if we're doing terrible he's off in hole somewhere nowhere to be found. No accountability....just an empty suit. And the BOT fucking loves the guy. That lack of authenticity and gravitas is exactly why he's got to hire it out.
