9 in Jonesboro. Weather app shows a wind chill of -4. Maybe it's just all that time living in Oklahoma or the two winters working in the Washington mountains, but I feel I have transcended winter and have become more than you mere mortals during these cold days.

Or maybe it's just that I know what a heat stroke feels like but I haven't had a cold stroke yet. Is that worthy of a phrasing? I don't know.

We are in Savannah and it's 31. Supposed to get 2 inches of snow tomorrow night and drop to 25.

They are calling for 5-7 inches here in Houston with the snow beginning at midnight. 

Will all be gone by Wednesday noon as the temps will be 43 and then mid 50 the rest of the week.

Feels like -13 here and my oldest child just walked over to a neighbor's house. We've only been in Cleveland 5 years but the cold just doesn't seem to bother them anymore. Walking around downtown yesterday, the wind chill had to have been close to 0, and my kid didn't even have on his jacket, just a hoodie. I was layered up and was cold as shit.

Gulf Coast is gonna be wrecked for 24-36 hours.

Well, it snowed here for 42.34 seconds already.  Just enough to dust the top of my truck and one out of two trash can lids.  

I was hoping for more and am pretty disappointed.

My downstairs toilet froze this morning even with running  an extra heater against the toilet wall. Been -1 to -5 here all weekend.


On another note Houston looks to be fucked with snow.
