I'm doing Jeyuk Bokkeum (Spicy Pork Bulgogi) today with a lettuce wrap and dipping sauce type thing. Not sure what I'm doing for a side dish just yet but I'll come up with something with little or no carbs. Might even do the pork on the charcoal grill.
