My pork bulgogi in a lettuce wrap was damn good and spicy. Gonna need to slice the meat up a lot thinner next time and I didn't have enough garlic and onions than I should have to garnish it. The lettuce did a good job helping balance out the spicy pork. You are supposed to grate a pear or apple in it but I didn't mess with that.

Great first game win.  Lime the special teams and offense.  Defense settled in after the first drive.

Didn't get to see the game (yet) but ST and offense so dead and buried we have to lime them? Dayum.

Just from a quick box score review, you don't like the first drive by them, but in the most important defensive stat, the "can you get off the fucking field" stat, AL A&M was 1/12 on 3rd down and no 4th down attempts. So I like that.

I liked what saw from the QB and the WR's. The Oline didn't look very physical and the RB's were kind of hit and miss. It remains to seen how effective the offense will be against a SEC defense.

The defense looks like a Marvel project, no plot, mediocre cast and lack of direction. At least we have a kicker.

Try an Asian pear if you can find them. It's one of the secrets to Asian marinades like Kalbi (galbi).

Not much to take away from a game like this.

Looks like we have some receivers who can catch. Blake is probably going to be the one Green zeros in on.

Green looks like the exact same player he was last year, good and bad. Mechanics and release look no different.

Offensive line seems to be better.

Defense will have us clutching our buttholes all year.

We did what we were supposed to do today.  We have things to work on.  For fucks sake, enjoy the win and get excited about next weeks game. 

We beat a rent a win as we are supposed to. That doesn't mean we are going to be 9-3. The sky fell in 2012 with spurts of promise in 2014, 2015, and 2021, which we end up over payjng for coaches like GVN and Bert to be mediocre at best after they go through the previous coach's recruits to say we are back.

Enjoy the win this week and next, because the rest of the year will be a gimmie.
