So multiple SEC teams winning natty's in several different sports.  Are we ever going to break through in ANY SPORT?  WTF is wrong?  Are we cursed?  Right now, I'd say our biggest chances in order of when they play are soccer, MBB, softball, then baseball.  If I'm being honest, it's never going to happen in football.  WBB is a long shot.  GYM is a long shot.  VB is a long shot.  Do we just need to sacrifice a live chicken?  I mean...what?  Goddamn LSU wins in something every fucking year it seems.

Same for me but add WBB to the DGAF list. 


As long as we are fielding a team in the sport I hope those teams do well, but if you guaranteed that our WBB team would never even hold a lead in a game again in exchange for a spot in the 12 team football playoff, a men's final four or a baseball natty I'd take it without any doubt.

The Hogs were 2 ft more distance on a Taylor Ellsworth fly ball from beating Texas and going to the WCWS in 2022. Last year they had the coach of the year, the player of the year, the pitcher of the year, the best record in program history, their first ever Super Regional win, and back-to-back sec championships. I know you were in love with Carrie Dever Boaz but I'd say that's real close to making it to the college world series. I agree that they have to make it to Oklahoma City first but get there and anything can happen.

Our softball team isn't winning a WCWS until Oklahoma falls way off.  They are so far ahead of everyone else it isn't fair.  We could end up being second best and still not having a real chance.

Well, that is BY FAR the truth.  The only way ANYONE else is going to win it is if someone on the OU side of the bracket does the impossible and blows their wad (figuratively) and then the winner of the other bracket sweeps the championship series.
