There's some seriously mediocre coaches that are all strangling the life out of college athletics with these insane buyouts. Where is all this money coming from that's funding these and NIL?

I asked chat to total up the buyouts over the last 5 years. 478mm, with another 225mm counting into the future from last year. Damn.

This is not the place to air my grievances with him.  In my experience, he's not what we want as a head coach.  He might win some games, but the program would be worse off in the long run.  This is just my personal experience based on a handful of games I worked with him as a coach, so I could be wrong about him.

I see our plan now. We wait for every other school to go completely bankrupt and then we are the only school left with any money to spend. Should only take 10-20 years.

In all seriousness, that is probably exactly the reason he wasn't hired.  Too edgy and profane.  Silverfield seems to be the exact opposite.
