where exactly in nlr or tulsa are there venues of that calibre that will entice a top program or get the attendance numbers those other places will?

The draw for the teams is TV money.  Venue prestige helps some but isn't nearly the big deal you make it out to be. 

The TV money would be just as good for Arkansas vs Michigan State in NLR vs Detroit, or Hogs vs Arizona in Tulsa vs Phoenix.  And each of those venues would sell out or close to it with mostly Hog fans and a partisan crowd for us, just like they will in those two arenas for the other team.

We are already playing in Chicago, NYC, etc. We are also playing "neutral" site games in Detroit (Mich St) and Phoenix (AZ). We need to play "neutral" site games in Memphis or Dallas.

Not sure why you think that.   They aren't coming to BWA because teams have a history of getting their asses beat there.  It has nothing to do with the city and everything to do with not wanting to take an L.
