Michael Malki is in the boat. Would be our ace if we can keep him out of the draft.

The Lord wants you to put your foot on their balls and believe in it. 'Cuz that's what wins football games. Not jumping offsides like a bunch of wimps and faggots. I don't care what those pinkos over in Russia say. You want to be a loser? You go live in Russia. I'm a winner. I'm an American.

WAC pitcher of the year.
He will look incredible in fall ball only to have Tommy John surgery a week before the beginning of the season.

It's the Arkansas way.
Oak Grove in the house.

Wiggins and Malki would be a hell of a one-two punch in the rotation.  Have to get both of them through the draft unsigned though.

Welp

On the other hand, Wiggins wasn't super impressive in the combine today.

Honestly starting pitching is much more of a need, and much harder to find than outfield help in the portal this year.

This one helps. If we get Wiggins back then our weekend rotation should be set.

Wiggins/Malki/Diaz would be a competitive rotation for sure.

Rumors out there today that we may be the high bidder for RH starting pitcher Thomas Allen of La Tech.

He'll be a sophomore, and I don't think he's draft eligible.

On one hand it could mean Wiggins is gone.  If not, that seems like pretty good rotation depth for 2027.

Wiggins at the draft combine looking like he made the most miraculous of recoveries
"That's embarrassing.  Looks like Josh Duggar the first time his parents asked him to babysit."

For $7 mil I'll put a webcam in front of my shitter so I can answer fan questions while I drop the Longhorns off in College Station.

Once authored a post that critics claimed, "Was notaslibro level."

Giggity. I'll take that trade.

read wiggin's velocity on the fastball is there, but 'scattered' location on his secondary pitches.

I don't think most of the scouts and MLB observers were as impressed with his performance as some here seem to be.

It only takes one team to meet the asking price though.  Either way I'm glad we're bringing in contingency options.

Surely that's expected. Hasn't seen live in game. Secondary command is always the last thing to come back.
