How much content do you want to read from like-minded and similarly-situated Razorback fans on a message board each day?

My answer would be 15-30 minutes if the posts are well-considered or at least interesting.  Maybe an hour during peak sports times.

This is what we had with woopig.net, and it's what we have now with woopig.org, and we haven't really hit peak sports times yet.

I'm envious of the lurkers who get to read your thoughts without feeling obligated to contribute.  But I'm also not interested in numbers unless it means more meaningful content.

I think at best only about 300 to 400 people participated on the reg at the end but the official membership was much higher. 

my guess is once football season gets cranked up more people will find woopig or seek out a place to drop their nuggets of HTL pay board knowledge.

I dunno...I haven't seen him since I left LR. He used to work downstairs from me and so I'd see him quite a bit but think he got married. saw kingofdequeen last time I was in town but haven't heard from him since. I may holler at colboar when I'm in nwa if he's still there. Wish all those guys and even dorkula were posting

While it would be great to hear from all those guys, there is something to be said for disappearing when you want to, like Hurtt did.

I think I have it also, but my point was that everyone has a right to disappear forever, even for no good reason.  I'm a big proponent of the international push to make the Right to be Forgotten into a codified human right.

Oh, I agree.

I know some people who were posters on the old site still visited and just lurked.  Notas was one such person because I would occasionally check his profile and see when he had last logged in.   Verotik was also one, and was glad when I told him about the newpig.  I'm think he told Jeremy, and maybe WPFM, so they now have the option at least.
