How did they pass on him? No team would've taken Acuff at 3 and they got Boozer, who will be an all NBA player. They actively tried to trade back into the top 7 to what is assumed to be targeting Acuff, but neither the Kings, Nets, nor Clippers would deal.

Boozer will be a good stretch 4.  those guys are a dime a dozen in these times.  Acuff will be an all-star pg...not too many of those around.

Agree. Acuff has a higher ceiling in my opinion. I would've taken Wilson at 3.

Good, it did work out for him. From the maneuvering that went on, Cleveland was going to select him at 29, traded picks with Sacramento and still got him at 34.
