I think many of us thought JWill made a poor decision to leave last year but he has excelled with the Thunder. They utilize him a lot like the Warriors use Draymond. I think in time, JWill will be a better version.

He got a lot of mins late night and hit a big 3 in the 4th. OKC are a lot of fun to watch.

OKC won their play-in game against New Orleans so we can see Jwill and Joe play in the playoffs. I think both #10's won last night for the first time ever.

Watching Josh Giddey run point last night reminded me of Anthony Black a little. Big guard, great vision, not so great at shooting but developing, struggles on the perimeter against smaller quicker point guards. So if you want a comp...I'll give you an aussie cracker for comparison and you'll just have to like it.

Thunder still have to beat the Timberwolves on Friday to get in.


7 vs 8 seed play, winner is in as the 7 seed.

There comes a time when you have to question his heart and desire. He's supposed to be getting bad advice from his camp.

Zion makes enough off endorsements and shoes that he probably doesn't give a shit about playing in the NBA, staying slim and healthy, etc.

Gotta wonder where his head is at. It doesn't take three months to get over a pulled hamstring. That's three weeks tops, more like a week for a lot of guys.

He's only played in 1/3 of the pelicans games since being drafted. I'd cut my losses and trade him.

Yeah...he just doesn't have the want-to. Who wouldn't come back for a literal survive & advance game when you absolutely could to help your team? Can't imagine that's not going to cause a big rift in the locker room moving forward. Maybe there is an inevitable trade coming, but I don't know who would want to take on that contract for someone who has barely played for 4 years. Sucks for CJ & Ingram...they coulda put something good together down there.

However...  he started last night in a playoff game.  Kudos.

Man...I thought the same thing at first, because NSJ was doing the exact same dunk routine pregame at times while he was sitting.

But Zion doe$n't have to play if he doe$n't want to. He's set for life unless he pulls an Antoine Walker. As far as injuries...NSJ has money to make, as does Brazile, so their decisions have EXTREMELY more implications if they make their NBA physicals worse due to extra minutes.

I love AB. I love TB. I love NSJ. In that order. Not because of what everyone thinks, but because of that's what I think about them in the long-term. Future Arkansas lore, if you will. AB didn't have to, TB is coming back to, and I hope when the Good Lord let's us know what really went on, NSJ did all he could do.
