That Phillapowski rebound play that was reviewed (I am behind) was a literal definition of "he hit me in the elbow with his face." That's a cliche joke, but on that rebound that's actually what happened. The Duke player charged into the Tennessee players elbow, with his face.

This provides a different spin on this shooting if it's true. Video evidence and so forth. It's sounding like Miller probably is guilty of only being in the wrong place at the wrong time and possibly Miles as well. Davis might have been running his mouth and that's what got all this started. Miles probably wasn't as forthcoming as he should have been. This case sounds to me the first one to whine to the cops wins the big prize of staying out of jail.
