I figured they would go after Billy Donovan.  I'll bet Kentucky is holding out hope that he would be available next year.

the interim is the recruiter that has brought in most of their top guys the last couple of years, so it kind of makes sense to promote him and keep those guys around. kinda late in the cycle for a big name to take over someone else's team.

i get it from a timing perspective being late June but it's totally different being in the big chair. he was less than mediocre at Oklahoma State. idk how he kept that job as long as he did. one NCAAT in seven years at a school that cares about basketball.
