South Carolina will win Sunday unless Iowa just hits every shot. Iowa has no one that can guard that beast in the paint for SC.

Yeah. RuPaul is a force but maybe Stuelke can get it in foul trouble.

That was an awful call against UConn but I love that it happened right in front of Geno.

Kate Martin hit some clutch shots as always.

Iowa is just the definition of TEAM.

I'm $50 lighter and Geno and manboy got completely dry-holed on that call.

Then they forgot to rebound on that missed free throw.

That look on his face when the call was made was worthy of a commissioned oil painting by Leonardo Fucking Da Vinci.

They will win the NC next year but for now they can drag their asses back to Storrs Connecticut over every stump and I hope it hurts.

Agree. The clip from the other side you can tell how egregious it was. Not showing that view has caused all the hoopla.

To be fair, all game long the screens were moving. I don't know if that is problematic to the girls games but I noticed it more than when I watch the men's play.

So, to finally call it in that situation seemed bad. But, I've not seen the replay so maybe it was more egregious than all the others.

That's a foul. They probably let the same call go a dozen times in that game. That's what creates the issue.

They had already called an illegal screen offensive foul on UConn earlier in the game. They were obviously looking for it. And yes, there numerous times it wasn't called. Then it looked even worse because it was set by the biggest player on the floor against the smallest who was absolutely selling out and trying to stay on her man because to contest a last shot.

It was the right call and it was obvious and egregious.

What I couldn't understand is with the way they were guarding Clark all the way up the court and with Clark's range, why Iowa wasn't setting picks and ball screens for her as soon as she crossed half court. All she needs is a half step from 30 feet and in.

I would love to see them call the moving screens and carrying the damned basketball. That UConn point was literally turning her palm straight towards the sky last night bringing the ball up the floor and she wasn't even being guarded closely. Some of these players absolutely could not operate if the rules were called the same way they were even in the early 90s.
